Die Kommunikation mit Apparaten erhärtet zunehmend den Verdacht das „Gegengenüber“ ist auch ein Apparat. Konkret also eine kleine Maschine in der Großen, ein Gerät im Maschinenparadigma …! Krankenkassen, Gasversorger und Finanzamt simulieren nur noch MitarbeiterInnen … es antworten längst Apparate. Dabei ist es prinzipiell gleich ob die, gewiss in den genannten Organisationen noch angestellten menschlichen Wesen (Discounter und Urlaubsportale brauchen Umsätze) noch selbst Teiltätigkeiten, wie etwas eMails schreiben, vornehmen. Menschen sind in Ihren Reaktionsmöglichkeiten so beschnitten (Schneidwerkzeuge sind etwa „Recht“, corportate design, politische Korrektheit, verängstigte Vorgesetzte …) das Ihr Beitrag allenfalls ein mechanischer ist. Das Ergebnis ist apparatkonforme Reaktion. Diese hat weder Aufklärung (da darf jetzt gern mal an Rousseau gedacht und gelacht werden) noch Problemlösung für den Empfänger, dem längst schwant das er keine Kunde mehr ist, zum Zweck. Überleben des Apparates ist der Zweck, evolutionäre Prozesse sind nicht auf die Kohlenstoffbiologie beschränkt. Beispiele findet jede/r in seinen Aktenordnern. Endemisch ist inzwischen die Beantwortung von Schreiben mit Texten, die auch beim weitetesten Interpretaionswillen nicht zur Frage passen. Das Risiko der Apparate geht gegen null, weil längst auch Apparate urteilen und eigentlich wird es spätestens jetzt unheimlich: entscheiden. Bankenkrise, Abgassskandal, Übertragungsraten … nichts ist, wie der „Gegenstelle“, die noch glaubt „Kunde“ zu sein, angekündigt/versprochen. Es ist gelogen hätte man früher gesagt, heute ist es von geringerer Wahrscheinlichkeit … das Zusagen an Gegenstellen gehalten werden können, sollen …. Die Gegenstelle kann sich dabei längst nur noch an andere Apparate wenden … die Herrschaft informationsumsetzender Gebilde ist manifestiert, die der materieumsetzenden beginnt. Künstliche Intelligenz siegt dabei auch mit einem ganz simplen Mechanismus: wir Gegenstellen werden alle immer blöder …
